This strand of heirloom beads was assembled over a few generations amongst a family of the Ifugao tribe (Luzon, Philippines). It features some older carnelian beads as well as Venetian chevrons and Czech glass “spinner” beads of the early 1900’s. Colorful and classic, strands such as these were often handed down (and added to) from mother to daughter.
Largest carnelian bead is approximately 27mm x 10mm. Smallest carnelian bead is 10mm x 7mm. Hole size varies 1mm - 2mm.
